Dispatch Times

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays). You’ll receive tracking once shipped.

Carrier

We use DPD for UK deliveries.

Services & Estimates

• DPD Standard (UK Mainland): typically 1–2 working days after dispatch
• DPD to Highlands, Islands & NI: add 1–2 working days

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Remote areas may take longer.

Customs Duties & Import Charges

Please note that any customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees charged by local authorities are the responsibility of the customer.

These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We do not cover and are not liable for any customs fees applied once the order arrives in the destination country (for example, orders delivered to Ireland).

Customs policies vary by country, so we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Costs

Calculated at checkout based on order weight/region. We may run free-delivery promotions from time to time.

Tracking & Delivery Updates

DPD will email/SMS your 1-hour delivery window and provide in-flight options (leave safe, change day, collect from a Pickup Shop) where available.

Missed Delivery

If you’re not in, DPD will contact you with redelivery/collection options. Parcels uncollected or repeatedly refused may be returned to us; we’ll refund the item price less any non-recoverable shipping costs.

Delivery Issues & Damage

Inspect parcels on arrival. If damaged, note it with the driver where possible and email info@live4less.co.uk within 48 hours with photos so we can help.

Delays Outside Our Control

Events such as severe weather, strikes, or carrier network issues can cause delays. We’ll keep you informed and work to resolve quickly.
